A-series paper uses the square-root-of-two relationship, so its decimal ratio is approximately 1.414:1.
The simplified ratio is 16:9. A matching 1200-pixel width requires a height of 675 pixels.
The simplified ratio is 4:5. A 16-inch-wide version at the same ratio must be 20 inches high.
